The electronic jazz pioneer and pianist MARK DE CLIVE-LOWE’s latest project, MOTHERLAND, is a meditative and evocative sonic journey inspired by Japanese mythology and folklore and is newly restaged for the live stage. Blending live music with projected multimedia, MOTHERLAND observes and embraces the past, eschews the modern tendency toward the new, and reclaims a sense of unity with ancestral connections and our future generations. This PEAK performance is made possible by a grant from the MLDauray Arts Initiative in honor of Leonard and Sophie Davis Guests attending PEAK Series performances in the Rinker Playhouse and Persson Hall will receive one complimentary beverage with every ticket purchased (underage guests will be offered a non-alcoholic selection.)
