Adult Ballet series at The Light Box Studio at MTC

Pioneer Winter Collective presents a free fall Adult Ballet series taught by Gaile Holland, open to all dancers and experience levels. The classes emphasize anatomy, functional movement, dynamic alignment, and whole-body strength, grounded in classical ballet. No previous ballet experience is required, and movements can be adapted to each participant's body and mobility. Classes are held Mondays throughout October and November at Miami Theater Center.
