'Under Construction' - Kids Improv at Jupiter's Atlantic Theater

ACADEMY/>/>'S CHILDRENS PERFORMANCE COMPANY PRESENTS AN IMPROV VARIETY SHOW ON SATURDAY OCTOBER 15TH

         Atlantic/> Arts/> Academy/>/> is proud to present the season debut of "Under Construction", a showcase of sketch comedy, video skits, and improvisation, all written and performed by members of the children's performance company. Members of the group have been together now for the past two years, and have taken the funniest ideas they have created and turned them into a show combining "Saturday Night Live" and "Whose Line Is It Anyway?"  Under the tutelage of Improv comedy troupe "Gated Community", "Under Construction" has blossomed into one hilarious outfit!  The show will take place on Saturday October 15th at 6:30pm/> and is a perfect introduction to theater for all ages. 

 

          The group consists of the following members: Rebecca Barstein an 11th grader at Jupiter High School, Sachi Barstein a 13 year old from Jupiter, Samantha Stein a 6th grader at Middle School of the Arts,  Madisyn Ritland, 16 years old who lives in West Palm Beach, Nicole Grabel an 8th grader at The Benjamin School, Victoria Acosta-Castriz, an 8th grader at The Benjamin School who lives in Palm Beach Gardens, Alexandra Stewart, an 11 year old from Jupiter, and Naomi Rivas, a freshman at Jupiter High School, Kaillee Coleman a freshman at Dwyer High School, and Carrie Rano a 13 year old from Jupiter Middle School.  Prior to this show the group was a featured performer at Sunfest 2005. 

         Tickets for the show are $7.00 and will take place at The Atlantic Theater in Jupiter, Fl.  To order tickets, the Atlantic Theater box office can be reached by calling (561) 575-3271.
