Actors' Playhouse at the Miracle Theatre has released all new photos from Dial M for Murder, a gripping new adaptation by Jeffrey Hatcher of Frederick Knott’s classic play. Check out the photos below!
Best known as the story that inspired Alfred Hitchcock’s iconic film, this reimagined production delivers a fresh, edge-of-your-seat take on one of the most celebrated thrillers of all time. The production is now playing through June 7 in the Dr. Lawrence and Barbara Stein Center for the Performing Arts.
A twisted web of blackmail, passion and revenge begins to unravel when a scheming husband sets out to execute the perfect crime against his unfaithful wife. But when his carefully crafted plan goes dangerously off course, every move brings new surprises, and no one escapes the consequences. Packed with suspense, deception and shocking twists, this riveting drama will keep audiences guessing until the very end.
Directed by David Arisco, the cast features Ben Sandomir as Tony Wendice, Mallory Newbrough as Margot Wendice, Lindsey Corey as Maxine Hadley, Daniel Llaca as Lesgate and Stephen G. Anthony as Inspector Hubbard.
The creative team includes Scenic Designer K. April Soroko, Lighting Designer Eric Nelson, Costume Designer Ellis Tillman, Sound Designer Reidar Sorensen, Properties by Sam Siegler, Production Manager/Technical Director Carlos Correa, Fight Director Lee Soroko and Production Stage Manager Naomi Zapata.
