Phil Tag Stars In BYOB Comedy Night

BYOB COMEDY NIGHT

AT THE ATLANTIC THEATER

COMEDIAN PHIL TAG APPEARS LIVE ON JUNE 14^TH

BYOB Comedy Nights, northern Palm Beach County's only regularly running stand up comedy show, presents its next laugh fest on Saturday, June 14^th at 8pm with comedian Phil Tag. The show will take place at the 175 seat Atlantic Theater located in Jupiter, FL. The show features nationally touring stand up comedians in an environment with no two drink minimum and patrons are encouraged to bring their own beverages. Tickets are $20.00 and can be purchased by calling The Atlantic Theater box office at (561) 575-4942 or visiting their website at www.theatlantictheater.com.

Phil Tag - has had numerous television appearances including Showtime, A&E, NBC's Friday Night Videos, and is a semi-regular on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. Tag is also known nationally as a winner of Star Search. For the record, Phil was the final comedy champion before the show's demise. Phil has written for Saturday Night Live and the The 25th Annual People's Choice Awards.

Phil also sold his first feature film spec script, titled Honky, which put him on the map as a Hollywood screenwriter. He followed that by landing his first rewrite job for Disney, a comedic screenplay titled The Killer, set to go into production in 2009 starring Tim Allen. Director Barry Sonnenfeld who's films include Get Shorty, The Adam's Family, and Men in Black is producing. Most recently, Phil penned a second rewrite for Warner Brothers and director John Mostow (Terminator 3) titled Piddlesticks.
