Everyone has come to expect the Maltz Jupiter Theatre to produce outstanding season productions of musicals and plays. But what makes the Maltz Jupiter Theatre distinctive from other regional theatres across the county is that it also presents a season of outstanding concerts, plays, films and children's shows.

Highlights of the theatre's 2010/2011 season include a special Limited Engagement, Zero Hour, with Jim Brochu portraying the great actor Zero Mostel, and concerts by the Palm Beach Gardens Concert Band, Chris MacDonald, Barrage, The Celtic Tenors and Jay and the Americans.

Be amazed by performances of The Capitol Steps, One Man Star Wars Trilogy, Defending the Caveman and The Second City. Also on tap: screenings of such films as Twelve Angry Men, The Sound of Music and The Jazz Singer to complement shows in our 2010/2011 season, Where Art Comes to Life.

And this year, the theatre has placed additional emphasis on family fare.

"We're especially proud of our Kids Korner Series, designed to introduce youngsters to the wonder of theatre," said Maltz Jupiter Theatre Artistic Director Andrew Kato. The series of seven shows will include original works by Julie Rowe, director of education at the theatre's Conservatory of Performing Arts, and is designed to make the Maltz Jupiter Theatre a destination for young theatre-goers.
