Legendary 'Guys And Dolls' At Jerry Herman Ring Theatre

Jerry Herman RING THEATRE CLOSES ITS 2007-08 SEASON WITH CLASSIC MUSICAL 'GUYS AND DOLLS'

April 16 – 26, 2008 

The University of Miami's Department of Theatre Arts' 2007-2008 season concludes this April with their production of Guys and Dolls at the Jerry Herman Ring Theatre, 1312 Miller Drive, Coral Gables. 

Set in Damon Runyon's mythical version of New York City, this screwball and romantic legendary Broadway show is considered by many to be the perfect musical comedy.  Featuring a funny, fast-paced book and one of the greatest scores in musical theater history, Guys and Dolls takes us from the heart of Times Square to the cafes of Havana and even into the sewers of New York City. Full of crooks, do-gooders and dames, Guys and Dolls is required viewing for anyone with a love of musical comedy.

Show dates are April 16 – 26. Ticket prices are weeknights: Regular admission: $18; Seniors, UM faculty/staff/alumni: $16; Students: $8. Friday & Saturday nights: Regular admission: $20; Seniors, UM faculty/staff/alumni: $18; Students: $10. Group rates for 10 or more available.

Tickets go on sale on Monday, March 31. To purchase tickets, contact the box office Monday – Friday between 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. at 305-284-3355. The Jerry Herman Ring Theatre is located at 1312 Miller Drive on the University of Miami's Coral Gables campus.  The theatre is wheelchair accessible, has handicapped parking, and offers free infrared hearing devices. Parking is free and plentiful adjacent to the theatre.
