Just The Funny Brings Back Classes
Ever go to an improv show and wonder: "How do they do that?" Well now you can learn the secrets of improv comedy from South Florida's Just The Funny in Improv Acting 1 (for adults), and Improv for Kids. Just The Funny is offering 5 sessions of 7-week improv comedy classes for adults and kids (age 7-12) with a new slate of 5 classes beginning Monday, October 22, 2007.
Just The Funny is the leader in teaching improv comedy in the South Florida, featuring the area's only conservatory-style, syllabus-based improvisation classes taught by the area's most experienced instructors. Included in each of the classes is a certificate of completion, and a student graduation performance on stage at the Just The Funny Theater.
Just The Funny's Improv Comedy Classes have produced many of South Florida's top improv actors as instructor Carlos Rivera explains: "Our improv training at Just The Funny really gives people a comprehensive education in improv comedy, based on techniques and approaches from a 'Whose Line is it Anyway' (shortform) to Chicago (longform) style, that leaves students wanting to learn even more! Most students have taken several levels of our Improv Acting series, and are performing improv all over South Florida and beyond."

Just The Funny is offering four sessions of its popular Improv Acting 1 (for Adults) on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday nights, from 7:30 – 10:00 pm, and Saturday afternoons from 1:00 -3:30 pm, beginning the week of October 22, 2007. Improv for Kids (ages 7-12) is offered on Saturdays from 8:00 – 10:00 am, starting October, 27. 2007.
