Boca Raton Theatre Guild Announces
Audition Dates
for two of its
2009-2010 Productions

Auditions for two of the Boca Raton Theatre Guild's 2009-2010 productions will be held in the Community Building at Sugar Sand Park,  300 South Military Trail, Boca Raton, 33486 (just South of Palmetto Park Road), in early September. 

The Boca Raton Theatre Guild (www.brtg.org), located in Palm Beach County, South Florida, is a community theatre and not-for-profit organization led by a group of volunteers dedicated to producing professional quality performances, advancing the art of theatre, and involving the community in all aspects of its activities. 

Auditions for Neil Simon's Chapter Two:
Tuesday, September 8^th at 7:00 p.m.
NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY
Please bring headshot/resume
Callbacks on Wednesday, September 9^th
NO AUDITIONS WILL BE ALLOWED AT CALLBACKS!

Rehearsals begin in December

1.      Please prepare a 1 to 2 minute monologue

2.      Be prepared to do cold readings from the script

April 1-10^th (Levis JCC Boca Raton)
Rehearsals will USUALLY be Monday - Thursday 6:30 p.m. - 9:45 p.m.
Non-Equity, Paid (Stipend)

Auditions for Rogers and Hammerstein's Carousel:
Saturday, September 12^th at 1:00 p.m.
NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY!

Callbacks, Sunday, September 13^th at 1:00 p.m.
NO AUDITIONS WILL BE ALLOWED AT CALLBACKS!

   1. Please prepare 16-32 bars from a musical (no pop tunes please).
   2. Accompanist will be provided (CD is OK, but NOT preferred).
   3. Dance movement will be required for ALL cast members.
   4. Be prepared to do cold readings from the Carousel script.

Runs Mar 12 thru 21
Rehearsals start end of January Mon-Thu Nights
Cast: Males/Females 18-65 singing and some dancing required.
Callbacks ONLY (no new auditions) on Sun Sept 13th
Please prepare 16-32 bars of a solo from a musical.
Accompanist provided, CDs OK, but not preferred.
