'25 Days in Iraq' Florida Debut at Jupiter's Atlantic Theater

The Atlantic Theater/> hosts the Florida debut of "25 Days in Iraq" on Friday February 10 at 8pm and Saturday February 11 at 4:30 and 8pm. Tickets for the show are now on sale and are $15 if ordered in advance and $18 if purchased at the door.

The one man show is written and performed by Tom Irwin/>, and details his journey as a stand up comic through the war in Iraq/>/>.  "25 Days in Iraq/>/>" is a blistering account of Tom's recent comedy tours through over 50 war torn cities in Iraq/>/> and Afghanistan/>/>.  Tales of heartbreak, suffering, and humor are threaded throughout this intimate and unique view of the war.  The show was originally scheduled to debut in November, but was postponed due to Hurricane Wilma. 

The show has been featured on CNN Headline News, NPR, Operation Truth, All Comedy Radio, Army Times, KABC Radio, Chicago/>/>'s WBEZ and the Comedy Central Stage at the Hudson/>/>.  "25 Days in Iraq/>/>" premiered in Los Angeles/>/> in October of 2004, and has received great reviews.  The show was cut short as Tom returned to the Middle East/> to perform the show for our troops at war. Now touring the east coast, this former Army specialist hopes to share with South Florida/> the trials and tribulations that our soldiers face daily.  The show is age appropriate for children to seniors.
