Tickets on Sale Next Month for Orpheum's 2017-18 Season, Featuring THE KING AND I, FINDING NEVERLAND and More!

By:

On Monday, April 3, season ticket packages will go on sale to the public for the Orpheum Theatre's 2017-2018 Broadway Season. The subscription series includes Rodgers & Hammerstein's THE KING AND I, AN AMERICAN IN PARIS, FINDING NEVERLAND, THE COLOR PURPLE, and SOMETHING ROTTEN!

Season options include return engagements of the Spectacular New Production of THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA and Memphis' most popular musical, WICKED. Becoming an Orpheum season ticket holder yields many benefits and is the best way to secure the best seats when renewing for future seasons, such as HAMILTON in the 2018-2019 season.

"We are so appreciative of our loyal season ticket holders that renew every year which in turn allows us to bring some of Broadway's biggest shows like HAMILTON," said Brett Batterson, President & CEO of the Orpheum Theatre Group. "We anticipate seeing a healthy number of new subscribers this season, so we encourage everyone to send in their orders early for the best seats."

Season subscriptions start at $129 and offer up to 20% savings on a full 5-show package compared to single ticket prices. Season tickets are available for purchase online at the official Orpheum Theatre website, www.orpheum-memphis.com, by phone (901.525.3000), and at the Orpheum Box Office (203 S. Main).

In addition to locking in the best seats at exclusive savings, subscribers enjoy perks like prepaid parking, ticket exchange and resale privileges, early access for special engagements, and a Subscriber Perks Card, which provides patrons with discounts to the Orpheum's VIP Partner businesses. Subscribers can customize their season with the Swap-A-Show program by trading any of the regular season's offerings for one of this year's special options: THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA and WICKED. Both shows may also be added to any full season package. Subscribers for the 2017-2018 season will be first in line to secure their tickets for HAMILTON when renewing their subscription next year.

The 2017-2018 Broadway Season is generously sponsored by Memphis Area Honda Dealers and SunTrust Bank. For more information visit www.orpheum-memphis.com.
