Good Theater Sets A CHRISTMAS CAROL for Thanksgiving Weekend

Good Theater is proud to announce the presentation of Will Rhys' one-man version of A Christmas Carol for four performances Thanksgiving weekend November 27-29. Good Theater performs at the St. Lawrence Arts Center, 76 Congress Street, Portland. For tickets and information contact 207-885-5883 or go to the Good Theater website www.goodtheater.com .

Will Rhys has appeared on Broadway, on national tours and in major regional theaters throughout the country. He starred at Good Theater in The Outgoing Tide by Bruce Graham. That production later toured to South Carolina Rep, in Hilton Head, South Carolina.

In this one-man version of Dickens beloved classic, Rhys plays all of the characters from Scrooge to Tiny Tim as well the ghosts and Bob Cratchit. The show runs approximately an hour and forty-five minutes with one intermission.

"This is my favorite version of A Christmas Carol," says Good Theater Artistic Director, Brian P. Allen. "And I've seen a lot of them. Will brings such warmth and humor to the script. It is highly entertaining and perfect for all ages. We are honored to have Will share this very special show with Good Theater audiences this holiday season."

Show times for A Christmas Carol are Friday November 27 at 7:30, Saturday November 28 at 3:00 and 7:30 and Sunday November 29 at 2:00. Tickets are $20 for all patrons and Good Theater subscribers receive a $2 discount.
