The Banks household is soon turned upside down with wedding plans and the “march down the aisle” becomes one hilarious nuptial misadventure after another. A heart-warming comedy classic that celebrates the special bond between fathers and daughters! "Father of the Bride” was written for the stage by Carolyn Francke and was based on the novel by Edward Streeter. The 1950 film “Father of the Bride” featured Spencer Tracy as Mr. Banks and the popular 1991 remake starred Steve Martin. Derby Dinner’s production was directed by Jim Hesselman and the cast will include Cary Wiger as Mr. Banks, Taylor Thomas, Dick Baker, Rita Thomas, Lem Jackson, Elizabeth Loos, Alex Hunt, Hayley Warfel, Asa Milliner and Lincoln Fogarty.
