Jamie Barton, the award-winning mezzo-soprano, brings her beloved opera performance to The Kentucky Center this January, along with pianist Kathleen Kelly. In addition to releasing her recent debut solo album, All Who Wander, Barton has performed across the country at some of America's most famous opera houses, including New York's Metropolitan Opera, Carnegie Hall and Houston Grand Opera. Barton has won several of her industry's top awards over the years, including the 2017 Beverly Sills Artist Award, the 2015 Richard Tucker Award and both the Main and Song Prizes at the 2013 BBC Cardiff Singer of the World Competition. Conductor, coach and collaborative pianist Kathleen Kelly has performed with some of the world's leading opera companies, including the San Francisco Opera, the Vienna State Opera and the Glimmerglass Opera.
