Chasing Ophelia follows the critical development of newly-formed character Ned Mark, who finds love, loses love, and chases after love. In the process, he completely upends the character world around him-and begins to find his purpose.
A winner of a 2011 Reader Choice award for Best Theatrical Production, Chasing Ophelia was hailed by critic Marty Rosen as "brisk, tightly scripted and confident." As Playwright-in-Residence at The Bard's Town Theatre, Mr. Schutte's previous plays at The Bard's Town Theatre include Misses Strata, The Kings Of Christmas, Love Religiously and StaiNed Glass.SOURCE: Louisville Culture Vulture
