Talented and experienced stage actor, director and producer Shawn Lee won his first Chicago theatre award ( the 1998 WKKC Radio Chicago Critic's Corner Fine Arts Award ) for his performance as Lucky in the 1997 Excaliber Shakespeare Company of Chicago revival of Samuel Beckett's "Waiting For Godot". He has won numerous other awards and honors over the years including a Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle Award for Best Supporting Actor while serving as Co-Founder of LA's Furious Theatre Company. Currently he works as a theatre director and producer in Portland, Oregon and operates Shawn Lee Casting.
