Closing Costs is a world premiere comedy written by Grace McLeod, set to run at the Geffen Playhouse from March 31 to May 2, 2027. The story follows a scrappy real estate agent and her Uber-driving boyfriend who are living in a problematic luxury home they are desperate to sell. As a bidding war erupts between two couples, including a newly successful gay couple and a pregnant lesbian couple, the situation spirals into chaos. Directed by Hannah Wolf, the play offers a satirical take on the absurdities of the Los Angeles housing market.
