(mostly)musicals to Bring FLIGHT to the E Spot Lounge, 10/7
Following popular shows in July and August, (mostly)musicals will return to the E Spot Lounge on Wednesday, October 7 with TAKE FLIGHT (a cabaret with wings!), the company's 14th entry in a series of themed cabarets. "We've had a wonderful time with our shows at the E Spot Lounge this summer and are delighted to return for our October show," explains producer amy francis schott.
Check your baggage at the door, and enjoy first class accommodations, plenty of leg room, and full meal service available. And our in-flight entertainment is top-notch!
Take FLIGHT will feature songs from the jet set of Broadway composers and pop songwriters, performed by a stratospheric array of talent including: Ashley Fox Linton (Bonnie in MTG's BONNIE AND CLYDE), Jeffrey Polk (B'way: FIVE GUYS NAMED MOE), Amanda Kruger (Everly Snodgrass), Jasmin Richardson (Nat'l tours: DREAMGIRLS and MEMPHIS), Michael D'Elia (Dorian in DORIAN'S DESCENT), Cassandra Nuss (DOMA's AMERICAN IDIOT), Robin DeLano (BROADWAY UNPLUGGED), Wendy Rosoff (B'way: 42nd STREET), Laura L. Thomas (Pasadena Playhouse's upcoming BREAKING THROUGH), Emily Clark (SLIGHTLY DRAMATIC), Marie-France Arcilla (Drama Desk Award: WORKING), Christopher Maikish (Actors' Co-Op's THE BAKER'S WIFE), and more! The captain of this flight will be music director Gregory Nabours, one of LA's ace music directors and the award winning composer of THE TROUBLE WITH WORDS. After the show, feel free to unfasten your seatbelts and move about the cabin for the high flying open mic afterparty hosted by Mark Jacobson!
Boarding passes are available for $15 at www.espotlounge.com. Check-in begins at 6:30pm for dinner and drinks. There is a 2 item minimum.
The E Spot Lounge is located on the upper level of Vitello's Restaurant at 4349 Tujunga Avenue, Studio City, CA. Valet and street parking are available.
