Wicked Star Jenna Leigh Green Leads Upright Cabaret January Revue - 01/15&16

On Fri & Sat, Jan 15 & 16, 2010 at 7:30 & 10pm - Upright Cabaret presents THE UPRIGHT CABARET REVUE featuring the very best vocalist from Broadway, T.V. and up-and-coming artist in Los Angeles!

The Upright Cabaret Revue is the wildly popular night of song featuring an eclectic mix of artists from stage, record and screen. Cabaret is synonymous with New York City, but in sunny southern California Producer/Hosts Chris Isaacson and Shane Scheel have turned cabaret into a hip and contemporary social swirl of young Broadway and Hollywood.

Performing monthly for over four years and still going strong, The Upright Cabaret Revue has captured the Bohemian spirit of ‘Moulin Rouge’ and brought the golden-age of supper clubs back to Hollywood. Each month, Music Director Chris Bratten and Artistic Director Billy Porter lead a cast of talented performers through a tapestry of American song.

This weekend, Jenna Leigh Green (Broadway: Wicked) will lead the talented January cast. Green, who has starred on Broadway in Wicked and starred off-broadway in Bare, The Musical, is also well-known for her work in television playing "Lippy Chessler" in the ABC series Sabrina, the Teenage Witch.

Joining Jenna Leigh Green will include Lindsey Alley, Jill Burke, Nick Bushkar, Ben Caron, John Hill (Broadway: Hairspray), Sheila Karls, Michelle Lane (Avenue Q), Harlem Lee (NBC’s Fame Winner), Ethan LePhong, Tom Lowe (West End: Cat’s Les Miserables), Caitlin O’Brient, Kristen Reitter, Danielle Sadd, Mark Edgar Stephens, Talia Thiesfield, Jake Walden, Jennifer Leigh Warren (Broadway: Big River, Marie Christine, Little Shop of Horros), Lizzie Weiss, Brenna Whitaker, Kimberly Yarborough, Matt Zarley (Broadway: A Chorus Line, Chicago).
