Photo Flash: 'Shipwrecked!' Opens at South Coast Rep 9/27
Shipwrecked! An Entertainment, The Amazing Adventures of Louis de Rougement (as told by himself), by Donald Margulies and directed by Bart DeLorenzo makes its world premiere with the South Coast Repertory Theatre. Opening is tonight, Thursday September 27 at 7:45PM with performances through October 14 at the Julianne Argyros Stage.

Inspired by the true story of the unlikely hero who spellbound Victorian England — and the world — with his incredible tale of survival, a Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright invites you to revel in the joy of storytelling and the magic of theatre. The cast stars Gregory Itzin (Louis de Rougemont), Melody Butiu (Player 1) and Michael Daniel Cassady (Player 2). The creative team includes: Keith E. Mitchell (set design), Candice Cain (costume design), Rand Ryan (lighting design), Steven Cahill (composer/sound design), Christine Marie (puppet designer), John Glore (dramaturg) and Erin Nelson (stage manager).
