On Saturday, August 16 at 8pm - Tony Award-winner Jennifer Holliday headlined the one-night-only concert Broadway Under the Stars at the Ford Amphitheatre in Hollywood, CA. Produced by Chris Isaacson Presents in partnership with Los Angeles County Arts Commission.
Directed by David Galligan with Musical Direction by Gerald Sternbach, this musical revue featured songs from some of the most beloved musicals of our time, including Cabaret, Jersey Boys, Pippin, Chicago, Les Miserables and Wicked, along with new favorites from the 2013-14 Broadway season.
Holliday welcomed co-stars Erich Bergen (Jersey Boys - The Movie), Rogelio Douglas, Jr. (The Little Mermaid), Danny Gurwin (Little Women) and Tony Award-nominee Chad Kimball (Memphis - The Musical). With special appearances by Janet Dacal (In The Heights), Sally Struthers (All In The Family), Jayne Hamil. The evening was Hosted by Tony Award-nominee Obba Babatunde (Dreamgirls).
