Open Fist Theatre Company Opens MODIGLIANI Tonight, 5/1

The Open Fist Theatre Company today announced their co-production with Amedeo Production, MODIGLIANI, written by Dennis McIntyre and directed by Bjorn Johnson.
MODIGLIANI, opens tonight, May 1st at 8pm and runs Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, until May 24 at the Open Fist Theatre, 6209 Santa Monica Blvd. in Hollywood.
In 1916, a gifted artist wages a personal war against his demons as well as a world that refuses to accept his creative vision. MODIGLIANI, madly in love with his mistress, becomes distraught and needs money to rescue and raise their child. MODIGLIANI tackles his art work with the hopes of creating a masterpiece, and knows that all the artists of Paris are doing the same.
Performances are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 8pm. Ticket prices are VIP $34.00, Regular tickets $20; tickets for the opening night gala are $30.
