St. Andrew's Lutheran Church to Host a Fundraiser at The John W. Engeman Theater

By:

Wouldn't it be Loverly, to help raise the roof on St. Andrew's Lutheran Church of Smithtown. The John W. Engeman Theater at Northport is partnering with St. Andrew's to host a unique theater fundraiser on Saturday, October 16th at 1:30 pm to help raise funds for the church's building fund. The roof project is currently underway and the church needs to continue renovations on the entire exterior as well as refurbish the interior of the church.

"This is an essential project for the church as we look toward the future," said Rev. F. Robert Modr, Pastor of St. Andrew's. He also added, "It will be a lovely day at the Theater."

The event will take place at the John W. Engeman Theater at Northport and features a pre-show reception in the Green Room Lounge and will be followed by a professional performance of the six time Tony Award winning musical My Fair Lady. Local businesses and restaurants have donated items for raffle prizes and a portion of the proceeds from every ticket sold will be donated to St. Andrew's Building Fund.

For more information and tickets to the fundraiser, please contact Jean Dougherty at 631- 265-2288, standrewslutheran@verizon.net
