CM Performing Arts Center to Celebrate Founder Noel S. Ruiz with Musical Tribute, 9/5-6

By:

CM Performing Arts Center celebrates the theatrical history of Noel S. Ruiz in this musical tribute.

When faced with the loss of their cherished leader, founder, and friend Noel S Ruiz, the CM Performing Arts Center was speechless. Through the amazing efforts of their 2,000 plus volunteers (is that the right number Terry?) they managed to continue to bring high quality theatrical productions to the Oakdale community and to the Long Island community at large, and plan to do so for generations to come. This tribute is a celebration of the man that created this unique theatrical community. A man who manages to live on past his time in the hearts, spirits, and voices of the thousands of talented Long Islanders who have had the pleasure of performing under his direction. Some of his favorite productions with some of his favorite voices come together to celebrate his work. If you're a fan of live theatre on Long Island this event is not to be missed! For it is history in the making. If you have never seen live theatre on Long Island, there is no better introduction than this. Three performances only so don't wait, call now for tickets!

"To Dream The Impossible Dream" A Musical Tribute to Noel S. Ruiz - the late founder of the CM Performing Arts Center - will take place on Friday, September 5 at 8 PM, and Saturday, September 6 at 2 PM and 8 PM at CM Performing Arts Center, 931 Montauk Highway, Oakdale, NY 11769. For more information or to order tickets, contact the Box Office at (631) 218-2810 or visit our website at www.cmpac.com. $10 each.
