Auditions Announced for IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE at Community Theatre of Little Rock

Auditions will be held on Saturday, October 15th at 2:00 pm and Sunday, October 16th at 5:00 pm. Auditions will be held at The Public Theatre, 616 Center Street. Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script. Directed by Mark Troillett and Susan Andrews.

Rehearsal Dates:
October and November

Production dates will be November 17th, 18th, 19th, 25th and 26th at 7:30 pm, November 20th and 27th at 2:00 pm.

Cast calls for 12 males and 10 females (Ages 18-60)
2 to 4 boys (ages 10-15) and 2 girls (ages 6-15)

The saga of George Bailey, the Everyman from the small town of Bedford Falls, whose dreams of escape and adventure have been quashed by family obligation and civic duty, whose guardian angel has to descent on Christmas Eve to save him from despair and to remind him by showing him what the world would have been like had he never been born that his has been, after all, a wonderful life.

Founded in 1956, the Community Theatre of Little Rock(CTLR) is Central Arkansas's oldest and finest theater tradition. CTLR is a nonprofit, volunteer organization striving to enlighten, educate and entertain our community by providing live theatrical productions of the highest quality, as well as providing opportunities for talented people to perform and participate in all phases of producing live theater.
