By: Courtnie Mele
The Morton Group, led by Michael and Jenna Morton, opened La Cave Wine and Food Hideaway in 2010 as a venue designed for the exploration of wine, complemented with delectable dishes. La Cave has been recognized as "one of the best Las Vegas spots for foodies" by USA Today. The 3,000-square-foot restaurant serves American cuisine fused with global flavors in small-plate portions created by Morton Group's executive chef, Billy DeMarco. La Cave is located inside Wynn Las Vegas and is open Monday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Friday through Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to midnight. La Cave also offers a butler-style brunch available every Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. More information is available on www.LaCaveLV.com, http://Facebook.com/LaCaveLasVegas, http://Twitter.com/LaCaveLV, and Instagram @LaCaveLV.
