The Hamsa Wellness Community at the J will host its annual Beyond Pink wellness and cancer education event. This free community event brings together movement, wellness, and education to help individuals learn about hereditary cancer risks, explore risk-reduction strategies, and take steps toward a healthier life. Participants can choose from a variety of fitness and wellness classes, including Zumba/High Low, Strength Over Cancer, Restorative and Roll, Yoga for Cancer, and T'ai Chi. Complimentary chair massages will also be available throughout the morning.
