LISTING INFORMATION
The Gateway is seeking friendly, professional, and customer-focused individuals to join our Box Office team. Ticket Services Representatives provide exceptional service to patrons in person, by phone, and via email in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Sell tickets, subscriptions, gift certificates, and enroll students in classes
Assist patrons with ticketing inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Process cash, credit, and check transactions accurately
Maintain ticketing records and uphold Box Office policies
Respond to phone calls, emails, and voicemails
Support front-of-house operations during performances as needed
Open/close Box Office and maintain a clean, secure workspace
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office required; ticketing systems a plus)
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Prior customer service or ticket sales experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Compensation:
$17/hour, full-time or part-time
Complimentary tickets to performances
No housing or health benefits provided
