Toni Lee first came to prominence when she mesmerised audiences on ITV’s Stars in their Eyes in her tribute performance to the late Karen Carpenter.

The Carpenters became the biggest-selling group of the 1970s, recording some of the greatest love songs in pop music history. Timeless heartbreakers and tearjerkers such as ‘We’ve Only Just Begun’, ‘Close To You’, ‘Yesterday Once More’ and ‘Top Of The World’ captivated not one but three generations of popular music fans.
