Broadway advertising agency The Pekoe Group has announced a creative partnership with Jimmy McNicholas, who will serve as Consulting Creative Director, and will welcome Leah Barnet to the team as Director of Integrated Marketing.

Jimmy brings 25 years of experience working with clients on Broadway, in the West End, and beyond. This new collaboration reflects a natural alignment in creative philosophy and a mutual interest in staying ahead of the curve in a fast-evolving live entertainment landscape.

Leah has more than 10 years of experience in digital and brand marketing strategy. Most recently at Paramount, she led digital marketing and go-to-market brand strategy for titles across the MTV Entertainment Group portfolio, including franchises on Comedy Central, Paramount Network, MTV, and Paramount+.

The Pekoe Group is an award-winning strategic and creative ad agency, with departments in advertising, digital, promotions, social media, websites, and design. Over the past 17 years, they have worked on Broadway, Off-Broadway, and touring productions, as well as some of the city’s finest restaurants, cultural institutions, and the Mayor’s Office of Media and Entertainment.
