VIVA SELENA! is a one-woman tribute concert written by and starring Elysa Aguilar, presented by The Sankofa Collective. The production follows Ellie, a young girl who grows up with Tejano Music queen Selena Quintanilla as her guide, exploring themes of love, loss, and finding one's own voice. Through story, movement, and iconic songs, the show celebrates the power of music to teach audiences how to dream, grieve, and shine. The intimate production runs May 15-18, 2026 at Stages Theatre | Rehearsal Room #2 in Houston.
