Henk Kivits, Stage Entertainment's CEO and successor of founder Joop Van Den Ende, has implemented some strong measures in the top management of the company, necessary for the realization of the plans for the coming five years. The interNational Theatre company now works from eight different countries. Worldwide 35 productions are played every day.

Erwin van Lambaart, member of the board of directors, wil be given a larger and more encompassing responsibility as per August 1st. As Chief Content Officer (CCO), he will be internationally responsible for development and content production. He will be supervising all of the upcoming productions such as The Lion King (El Rey León) in Madrid, Dirty Dancing in Oberhausen and Wicked in the Netherlands. He will lead the International Licensing Team to secure licensing rights for international titles, and market Stage Entertainment's own productions such as Sister Act, Ciske, Ich war noch Niemals in New York, 3 Musketeers, Petticoat and Hinterm Horizont
(Beyond the Horizon). Erwin van Lambaart's new responsibilities are too substantial and demanding to be combined with his current position as general manager of Stage Entertainment the Netherlands and Joop Van Den Ende Theaterproducties. And so a vacancy is created for head of the Dutch branch of the company.

As of August 1st, Caspar Gerwe has been asked to take charge of a new division - Stage Entertainment Touring Productions. This company will produce touring musical productions, using the touring expertise of Holiday on Ice in stadiums in combination with the solid brand reputation Stage Entertainment has built up for specific musical titles in Europe. The first three of these will be the tour of Mamma Mia! and Cabaret in France, and Best of Musical in Germany. The 68 year old Holiday on Ice brand will become part of Stage Entertainment Touring Productions. Caspar Gerwe, currently also general manager of Stage Entertainment France, has decided to commit himself
fully to this new task which will demand a worldwide presence and attention.

Henk Kivits: "Stage Entertainment has taken a couple of essential steps which will guarantee the continuation of the artistic product and the profitability of the company as a whole for the coming years. The expected company results will enable us to create new productions, further develop the market by country and consider the acquisition or building of new theaters. We are always looking for new forms of synergy within the group. This has now resulted in Stage Entertainment Touring Productions which will be, in Caspar Gerwe's capable hands, an important new asset in our business model. Producers of live entertainment know that "Content is King". I consider myself lucky that Erwin van Lambaart will now be able to completely focus his attention on these matters within
the Board of Directors, so that his expertise and zeal will become available to all the
subsidiary companies."

As from the new fiscal year, starting august 1st, Stage Entertainment's Board of Directors will consist of Henk Kivits (CEO), Siebe van Elsloo (CFO) and Erwin van Lambaart (CCO). The vacancy for general manager of the Dutch branch is expected to be filled in the near future.
