Roundabout Theatre Company's Theatrical Workforce Development Program (TWDP) in Arts Administration is a paid, year-long career development fellowship (September 2026 to August 2027) for New York residents who are early-career professionals or career changers, with no theatre background required. Fellows work full-time (40 hours per week at $20.31 per hour with benefits) in a department such as Artistic, Culture and Engagement, Development, Education, Finance/HR, or General Management, splitting time roughly 80% on-the-job learning and 20% career development, including workshops, seminars with senior staff, mentorship, and networking. Applicants can apply to up to three departments and must attend a virtual info session; the 2026-27 application is closed.
