Stage Management Fellowship

Manhattan Theatre Club's Stage Management Fellowship is a six-month, full-time on-the-job training position for an early-career stage manager with training and some professional or semi-professional experience. Supervised by MTC's artistic line producer, the fellow serves as a production assistant on at least three Broadway and/or Off-Broadway productions during the 2026-27 season, working 40 to 55 hours per week on a production-driven schedule from about September 1, 2026 to as early as March 1, 2027.
