Diminished Fifth-a new play about women who were blacklisted

Accepting submissions for the following roles for these auditions:

Lillian Hellman:

40s. American writer. Brilliant, outspoken and relentlessly fashionable. Her career is threatened when she is blacklisted as a Communist in 1950, but refuses to give in to harrassment and social pressure.

Dorothy Parker:

40s-50s. American writer and poet. Creative, funny, remains youthful attractive and stylish despite addictions to alcohol and pills. Her career and marriage are devastated by being blacklisted.
