Thieves is a dysfunctional family drama that takes place in East Texas around the impending wedding of Lottie and Holly.

Seeking:

JASON
Early 20s, a hired hand on Lola's fading East Texas plantation. Well meaning and masculine.

LOLA
Early 50s, mother to Lottie, Lana, and Walter. Ex-wife of Gordon. Beautiful, earthy, complicated. Wise with some intentional blind spots.

GORDON
Early 50s, alcoholic, formerly with a hard edge but now a little softened by drink.

HOLLY
Mid 30s. Lottie's intended. She has a no-bullshit air about her that both comforts and frightens people.

LOTTIE
Early 30s. Holly's intended. Daughter of Lola and Gordon, pretty, fragile, and very put together in a Texas way.

LANA
30. Daughter of Lola and Gordon, less done up than her older sister, but with a more steady core.

WALTER
Early 30s. Son of Lola and Gordon, brother to Lana and Lottie. Uneven, disheveled, with a thinly lidded rage.
