By the 1960’s, Joseph Alsop was the most powerful political writer in America. He sat at the center of Washington life: loved, feared, and courted in equal measure by the people whose careers he determined. Based on true events of his life, this drama explores the turmoil of the 60’s, the conflict in Vietnam, and the profound personal cost of Joe’s intense political involvement.

Seeking very strong with significant professional experience for this very demanding show for the following roles:

Joe Alsop

40s, one of the most powerful journalists in country, opinionated, connected and not afraid to speak his mind, closeted Gay Man.

Susan Mary Alsop

early 40s, his wife, a socialite, attractive

Stewart Alsop

40s, Joe’s brother and one-time writing partner, a calmer version of his older brother.

late 20s-early 30s, a Russian soldier and spy, fit and attractive
