Equity actors for the following 2 shows:

NATIVE GARDENS by Karen Zacarias, runs March 21, 2019 through April 14, 2019. Rehearsals begin March 4th, 2019.

GARY, a world premiere by Bruce Graham. Runs September 19, 2019. Rehearsals begin on September 2nd, 2019 .

PREPARATION

Sides will be available in lobby once you arrive. The audition will consist of readings from scripts. Sides will also be posted on www.eagletheatre.org (click opportunies/casting to access). If unable to attend, video submissions will be accepted. Send a monologue to casting@theeagletheatre.com.

OTHER DATES

We rehearse for 3 weeks prior to opening. 6 nights per week, Monday through Friday and Sunday afternoons. Off every Saturday. Rehearsals are typically 6pm-11pm during the week, 3-10pm on Sundays. Times subject to change.

Seeking:

Tania Del Valle, 29 years old, Latinx, smart likeable, positive, fit and highly energized pregnant PHD candidate and gardener.

Pablo Del Valle, 31, Latinx, smart, likeable, ambitious, savvy young attorney.

Virginia Butley, 55-65, smart, likeable, assertive, direct, no-nonsense engineer.

Frank Butley, 55-65, smart likeable, excitable, caring, detail oriented, federal employee and gardener.

GARY
Seeking:

Miles Farragut, the father (45-59 years old), straight laced and steady…until he's not. Quick wit and dry humor.

Lena Farragut, Miles' wife (45-59), smart, tired, quit wit.

Actor 1 (Gary, Jerry, Doug, Carter): Versatile male actor to play Gary, Jerry, Doug, Carter. 30-50. Energetic, game show quality voice (think male version of Siri).

Amy Farragut: 24 years old, energetic, fit, booksmart but not necessarily street smart. Also plays the role of April.

Actor 2 (Hannah, Sue, Cop, Australian Woman): Versatile female actor to play Hannah, Sue, Cop, Australian Woman. 30-55. Tons of energy, strong character actress with the ability to adapt.

Kevin: 20's, clean cut, handsome…is actually a robot, but very lifelike.
