FA ZHOU
Fa Zhou (fa ZOO), Mulan's father, confident and calm who has a strong presence. His calm strength contrasts with Mulan's frenetic energy. We see that Mulan is truly her father's daughter when she grows wise through her journey. Strong v
ocals and must move well. C4 - D5

MULAN
Mulan shows tremendous strength, courage, passion and determination to protect her father and family. Strong vocalist with a very contemporary, “Disney Pop” sound and must move well. G3 - D5

MUSHU
Mushu (MOO shoo) – although comedy is very important for this character (a talking dragon), we feel sympathy for Mushu's struggle to get back into the Temple. A bit of a “song and dance” man. Strong vocals and must move well. D4 - F5

SHANG
Shang needs to have strength, but also the openness to learn from Mulan. He is a general's son but has a brain too. Very physically fit and charismatic. Strong pop sound and must be able to move well. D4 - F5
