No appointments needed. All actors seen on first come, first seen basis. No phone calls please. Call backs will be held later in the day on each audition date.

SPT SPT-10 $684 per week minimum

SEEKING

Equity and Non-Equity actors for principal roles and chorus parts

PREPARATION

Please prepare a song in the style of the show. You may sing from BRIGADOON, but it is not required. Actors may be asked to stay and read from sides, and also may be asked to stay to dance.

TOMMY ALBRIGHT
A surprisingly sensitive American man who can’t seem to make a commitment to his long-standing girlfriend. Somewhat dissatisfied with his current life. About 40. Big powerful Baritone. B flat below Middle C to F#.

JEFF DOUGLAS
Tommy’ friend. Glib, skeptical. Loves liquor and women. Very little singing. About 40.

FIONA MACLAREN
A smart, bright woman who is completely frank to the point of disarming. Glorious Soprano . B below middle C to A. About 35.

CHARLIE DALRYMPLE
A sweet and happy bridegroom. Tenor. D below Middle C to G. Young….but maybe not.

MEG BROKIE
A lusty gal who loves men and a good time. And wants to tell you all about it. Very Strong Alto. G below Middle C to F. 35 or more.

MR LUNDIE
A schoolteacher now older and wiser. No singing.

JANE AUSTEN
A contemporary 1950 woman. Attractive. Chic. Ready to be married. No singing. 35.

DANCING ROLES:

JEAN MACLAREN
A sweet, somewhat shy, bride to be. Has Dialogue and must be an excellent Dancer. No Singing. 25ish.

HARRY BEATON
A sensitive and anguished young man. Has dialogue and must be an excellent Dancer. No Singing. 25ish.
