The Sunday, April 19th livestream performance of Buyer & Cellar has raised $209,262 and counting for the Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS' COVID-19 Emergency Assistance Fund.

Michael Urie reprises his role in a livestreamed one-night-only performance of Buyer & Cellar tonight, April 19, at 8pm! The site-specific performance, broadcast live from the living room of his apartment, will  benefit Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS' COVID-19 Emergency Assistance Fund.

Obie, Lortel, and Drama Desk Award-Winner Michael Urie (Grand Horizons) will reprise his award-winning performance in Buyer & Cellar for two performances only to benefit Pride Plays and Rattlestick Playwrights Theater's 25th Anniversary. Performances will take place on April 10 at 8pm and April 11 at 8pm at Rattlestick Playwrights Theater (224 Waverly Place).

Festival Producers Doug Nevin and Michael Urie, and Festival Director Nick Mayo, in partnership with Rattlestick Playwrights Theater, are proud to present Pride Plays 2020. Initially intended as a one-time celebration of Stonewall 50 and theatrical pride, the festival will return in 2020 due to rapturous community response and overwhelming demand. Pride Plays 2020 will run from June 25 a?" June 29, 2020 at Rattlestick Playwrights Theater in the West Village (224 Waverly Place).

Pride Films and Plays' annual fall benefit, SIMPLY SENSATIONAL, celebrates theater artists who have had a tremendous impact on all they work with.  This year's event will honor a beloved figure in the Chicago theater scene a?"Robert Ollis, musical director of many shows with Pride Films and Plays, Underscore Theatre Company, Bailiwick Repertory, Bailiwick Chicago, the Casting Auction Players and many other companies and events. Ollis will be the honoree as well as music director of the Company's annual fundraising concert, SIMPLY SENSATIONAL, on Monday, November 4 in The Broadway, Pride Arts Center, 4139 N. Broadway.
