Josh Davis is a songwriter and singer, born in 1979 in Boone, IA. Over the past ten years, he has lived in the Des Moines area and made it the home front for his music career. What began with solo acoustic performances for friends, evolved over the years through different influences, styles, and bands that played stages both small and large. His first band, The Josh Davis Band, found him writi...ng and performing mostly pop music with a touch twang, and for the last two years Josh has written for and fronted his newest creation, a much edgier rock band; Bright Giant. While the styles of his two most notable bands differ greatly, one thing remains the same; Josh is a songwriter at heart.
