Dixie Longate, America's favorite Tupperware lady, launches the World Premiere of her new show,

NEVER WEAR A TUBE TOP WHILE RIDING A MECHANICAL BULL (AND 16 OTHER THINGS I LEARNED WHILE I WAS DRINKING LAST THURSDAY) playing now through May 11th at the Denver Center. Put on your cowboy boots and walk into her favorite honky-tonk as she shares lessons learned after a hard night of drinking. What do a jeweled crown, a cardboard cutout of Julie Andrews and a box of moon pies have in common? Spend the night with Dixie and find out as she swaps her Tupperware bowls for a mechanical bull.

I must say that I was excited to see new material come from this gifted comedian and personality and Ms. Dixie did not disappoint! She took her spirited audience on a fun and fantastic journey as she once again charmed and delighted everyone with her quick wit and sassy ways. Add in a dash of interactive audience participation, dance breaks, and an oh so humorous game involving Julie Andrews and this show made for a hilariously memorable and enjoyable evening! One other thing that I appreciated was the infusion of heart with her comedy that made that made the audience fall in love with her even more. I look forward to seeing more comedy and laughs from this gifted gal in the future!
