About this studio
Foot Works Performing Arts Center (FWPAC) was formed in 2008 under the direction of Whitney Moore and runs two North Texas studios, at 1717 Bethel Road in Weatherford and 9191 Vista Way in Benbrook. It trains recreational and competitive dancers from 18 months to 18 years, and states a mission of pairing dance training with life training - technique, poise and rhythm alongside dedication, cooperation and discipline. Training covers ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, lyrical, musical theatre, acro and acting, plus tumbling and clogging. The competitive Works Company auditions each August and runs summer intensives. A purpose-built studio with five studio rooms opened in March 2020; summer camps, birthday parties and a free trial class are offered.
