Trendsetters Dance

TrendSetters Dance is a Tomball, Texas company serving the dance and drill team world rather than a studio running weekly public classes. Founded and led by executive director and owner Debbie Melton, it provides team and officer education aimed at leadership, personal growth and achievement through dance, and describes itself as a small, grounded company continuously working to teach current trends and innovative styles. Its programming consists of intensives, officer camps, team camps, exclusive camps hosted for individual squads, and a contest circuit including the Oklahoma State Championship. More than 35 instructors staff its events, drawn from drill team directors, dance educators, studio dancers, college dance programs and NBA and NFL dance teams, representing schools such as Texas A&M, LSU, Texas Tech, SMU, the University of Texas and Princeton, and pro squads including the Houston Rockets and Houston Texans.
