About this studio
Reign Dance Theater is a Minnesota-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit educational organization founded in 2000 to offer classical ballet training within an explicitly Christian setting. The organization combines weekly ballet classes with theatrical productions, worship, Bible studies and a 'Posture for Life' scripture memory program, and stages full-length narrative productions such as Esther, Daniel and 'FREEDOM!' alongside a spring recital. Classes run in two locations, Prairie Lutheran Church in Eden Prairie and Life21 Church in Northfield, with a summer season of ballet training, choreography and worship. A Student Sponsorship Fund covers tuition for students who could not otherwise afford to train. The mailing office is in Shakopee.
