Rachel's Dance Studio

Denver Dance Starz, LLC has taught in Thornton, Colorado since 1998, working from 3748 E 120th Avenue and offering both recreational and competitive dance. Recreation-level classes cover tap, jazz, hip hop, ballet, pom, lyrical and creative movement for students aged 2 to 18, taught at each dancer's own pace with an emphasis on fundamentals and enjoyment of movement. The competition team is by invitation and audition only and is open to dancers with prior competition experience; its members have won regional and national awards and have performed at venues including Disneyland, Disney World, Thorntonfest and the Children's Museum, and travelled to the Kids Artistic Revue summer dance workshop in New York City and an international dance festival in Sydney. The studio holds a winter recital in December and a summer recital in June, where every dancer receives a participation ribbon. Prospective students may attend a free trial class, and tuition is charged monthly by weekly hours with family discounts.
