About this studio
The Performing Arts Center of The Woodlands (The PACTW) is a children's dance and performing arts school at 27220 Glen Loch Drive in The Woodlands, Texas, founded by Caroline Batson and named a Best of The Woodlands winner in 2025. It teaches ballet, pointe and pre-pointe, jazz, tap, modern and contemporary, hip hop, praise dance, drill team prep and musical theatre, with private voice and dance lessons available. Classes are tightly age-banded, starting with Baby Ballet for ages 2 1/4 to 3 1/2 and combination Ballet-Tap and Ballet-Tap-Jazz classes, then progressing through numbered ballet and jazz levels to age 18. The center runs summer classes, themed summer camps such as Ballet Princess/Prince Camp and Into The Jungle, and stages recitals and end-of-year performances.
