Movez Dance Inc

Movez Dance and Cheer is a combined dance studio and cheer gym at 7480 Narcoossee Road in the Lake Nona area of Orlando, Florida. It offers cheer, tumbling and dance classes for ages 3 to 19 in what it describes as a safe, family atmosphere. Dance classes cover ballet, contemporary, hip hop, jazz, acro and musical theatre, taught for all ages and experience levels from beginner basics through advanced choreography. The ballet class works through barre, center and across-the-floor exercises, contemporary fuses ballet, jazz and modern with floor work and improvisation, acro combines tumbling skills such as rolls, handstands, walkovers and aerials with dance choreography, and musical theatre focuses on stage presence and storytelling set to Broadway repertoire. Recreational classes are aimed at fun and skill development, while the studio's teams include all-star cheer, a dance company and hip hop teams for all ages and levels. The studio also rents studio space.
