About this studio
New Hampshire Dance Institute (NHDI) is a non-profit arts-in-education organization based at 310 Marlboro Street in Keene, New Hampshire, celebrating 40 years of work. Rather than operating as a conventional studio, it brings dance and music into schools across the Monadnock region, with a mission to empower, enrich and energise all children while teaching confidence and inspiring excellence. Its programs include a school residency program, a year-long program, Special Teams for more committed dancers, and summer camps including Kids On Campus and Peterborough Rec. Each year it stages an Event of the Year; the 2026 production, The Climb, brings around 400 dancers together over two nights in May.
